IQAC

IQAC is established with explicit goals and functions. It channelizes its annual activities to meet such goals and performs the mentioned functions. The sum total of the outcomes of its activities is its contribution.

To maintain the standard of higher educational institutions, the UGC established the NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) as an Autonomous Body in 1994. NAAC believes the standard of quality of an institution can be sustained and improved through developing an Internal Mechanism which can ensure quality culture in that institution. Consequently the idea of IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell) has developed.

IQAC is to plan, guide and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Enhancement of the institution. It is a part of institution’s system. It channelizes and systematizes the efforts and measures of the institution for academic excellence. It is facilitative and participatory organ of institution.
